We supply the highest quality, locally sourced meat products to award-winning restaurants, hotels, wedding venues and national colleges. We pride ourselves in providing consistent quality in both our customer service and our products.

We began just 30 years ago as a small butchers shop in Derbyshire village. Now, based a stones throw away from where we started, we operate from a purpose built factory from which we deliver across the Midlands and South Yorkshire. We are a fully EC Licenced Cutting Plant and also licenced for the production of cooked meats!

In 2018, we were proudly named as finalists in the ‘Catering Butcher Of The Year’ awards.

We supply a wide range of meats including The Great Taste Award Winning Church Hill Farm Chicken and 30 day dry aged beef which is hung on the bone in our state of the art ageing fridges.

In 2018, our 30 day dry aged ribeye and 30 day dry aged tornados fillet steaks were selected by Meat Management Magazine and awarded ‘Highly Commended’ status.
